About Us
Brown Tiger, Inc. was created by Dan, Vicki, Sarge, Slinky, and Aurora Briner in April 2009. The company consists of two humans and three felines, although we're not always sure who's who. The name Brown Tiger comes from Sarge's breed as it was labeled on his cage when he was discovered at the Broward County Humane Society. He was described as a "brown tiger tabby." The other two feline members of Brown Tiger, Inc. are the even tempered and affectionate tuxedo cats, Slinky and Aurora.
Dan, a computer programmer, and Vicki, a teacher who has just completed a master's degree from the College of Information at Florida State University, wanted to find creative ways to express their talents. Naturally drawn to a challenge, Dan set out to become an Apple app developer, and Vicki decided to focus on writing and web design.
Dan and Vicki are constantly thinking of new ideas for Brown Tiger, Inc. Coming soon, Vicki plans to continue working on websites, and there are more iPhone apps in the works, as well. Check in from time to time to see the new and exciting projects at Brown Tiger, Inc.
